In an interview with Vogue magazine, "witch Hermione" said the reunion in early January was the most emotional moment of her life. The actress was especially taken aback by Rupert Grint's sincere sharing.
"We are family forever. You and I have a strong bond and are a part of each other's lives. I love you - as friends," the actor hugged Watson, saying on the show.
Emma Watson said she was surprised by her co-star's vulnerability. In her eyes, Rupert Grint was a strong, quiet person.
"I believe Rupert was sincere when he said these words. I was shocked when he decided to say it publicly. It was the same with Dan. I was touched to know that he thought I was a different girl", movie star Beauty and Monster told Vogue.
Previously, in the special reunion program, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson admitted that they had difficulties in the film production process and considered quitting the profession. They find it overwhelming to be famous from a young age.
"It was while filming Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Things started to get too difficult for all of us," Emma Watson recalls.
Rupert Grint says he feels similar to Emma Watson. He's always thought about quitting his job but hasn't told anyone yet. After many years, the new cast knew they had the same feelings and thoughts.
